Event schedule:
The general plan will be to "caravan" to Atascadero in the morning arriving around noon. Our Cinco de Mayo social will begin at approx. 5-5:30 for cocktails followed by our catered taco bar @6:00 (and more drinks).
- Friday May 5- Caravan meeting location and times will be provided,
- Cinco de Mayo Social: Includes: Chips & Guacamole, Fresh taco bar (Al Pastor [steak}, Pollo [chicken], Carnitas [pork], Grilled Fajita Veggies, Salsas, Cilantro, Lime. Rice and Beans, Margarita's- Beer- Water
- Sat. May 6- morning drive to Morro Bay for the "Cruisin' Morro Bay Car Show (we're working with then organizers for a reserved parking area with in/out privleges)
- Sat. Evening- plans are "up in the air" as the Sensoria Light Experiance that we had planned on attending may not be open due to parking area construction. Optional plans will be discussed on this events forum.
- Sunday May 7- for those staying over until Monday,There are many options in the area to check out including drives and wine tasting, generally smaller groups venture out. Optional plans will be discussed on this events forum.
- Sunday Evening- folks are encouraged to make dinner plans to include 6-8 people, there are some new places in Atascadero as well as many options in Paso Robles. Optional plans will be discussed on this events forum.
- Hotel- The Carlton in Atascadero is providing very special rates (registration details will be email once you have registered)
