We just found out that Clementine's Restaurant in San Ramon will be closing and "re-branding" and renovating in September to reopen in October. 

I spoke with a manager at Clementine's  and he confirmed this news however, it seems employees are in the dark as to their future and plans.

So, there has been discussion at recent BACC breakfasts of how the quality had been going down as the prices have risen and maybe it was time for a change, WELL, this accelerates our need to plan an interim location and our future BACC breakfast plans. 

They will be open this weekend (8/29) however, future days are unknown so at this weeks breakfast we will need to make plans for a new breakfast meeting location while plans get clearer with Clementine's and our future plans.

The current owners It appears from reports are planning the "new" branding to include a name change to "Casa Mia". It is the same Casa Mia as the South Bay (San Jose, Mountain View and San Carlos) Most likely menu  will be the same as those locations which seems more like Bill’s in Pleasanton.  A report also said, one of the current owners had opened and ran Bills for 7 years previously.
